Next we will present a sample of the
Quality Norm of Rural Taste of Europe.
This Norm intends to give a higher value to services and
activities that are developed in destinations whose tourist
offers are mainly natural and cultural.
The RTE Quality Norm specifies all the requisites needed
to achieve two intangible variables that are regulated under
this Norm: Human Resources and Equipment, as well as, the
subsections of the tourism activity that are capable of
applying and following the RTE Quality Norm.
The main objective is able to have a tourist product achieve
customers needs and expectations.
Tourisms sub sectors which are liable to apply
the RTE Quality Norm:
- Accommodation
- Tourist Information Centers
- Restaurants
- Local Activities Enterprises
- Craftsmanship and Local Products Shops. |
